• Browse the Galleries
Selecting your art couldn’t be easier, just browse the galleries from the menu on the right. You can choose your art by type i.e abstract, landscape, seascape, floral or by price.
I want the purchasing process to be as informative as possible so I have included useful hints and tips on selecting your art; a colour feature to help you choose a colour scheme for your home and a room by room description about decoration tips.
For those who would like something individually painted for them then a commission could be the perfect solution, full details can be found on the commissions page.
• Purchasing Your Art
I accept payment via Paypal (credit or debit cards), bank cheques, sterling bank drafts and postal orders.
Once you have found a painting that you like just click on the Buy Now Paypal button. You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few hours to confirm your order and dispatch details.
Paypal is a globally recognised secure online payment system. Paypal enables buyers to send and receive money online. Paypal has over 64 million member accounts in 45 countries. Alternatively payment is accepted by cheques drawn on a UK bank account. If you wish to pay by cheque please email your order quoting the following information:-
• DESIGN TITLE/S AND ID
• NAME AND ADDRESS (INCLUDING POSTCODE)
• CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER
A confirmation email will be sent to you by return, confirming your order, remittance due and details where to send your payment.
• Shipping Your Artwork
I offer free delivery to any artwork that is sent to a UK mainland address. Artwork is dispatched via ROYAL MAIL Special Delivery or a reputable courier for overseas purchases - (please enquire for a quotation for overseas deliveries as this will be an additional cost). Artwork is dispatched within 5 working days after payment has cleared and is fully insured during transit, offering you complete peace of mind with your art purchase.
All artwork is professionally packed. I want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition, that’s why each painting is packaged with extra special care and attention - securely packaged with bubble wrap in a double layered flat cardboard box to ensure safe arrival. I will email you on the day of dispatch with full tracking details and expected delivery date.
• Certificate of Authenticity
All artwork is sold together with a signed certificate of authenticity detailing artwork specifics.
• Returns Policy
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your painting please contact me via email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days of receipt:- The buyer must pay for the return delivery, packaging and must insure the item during transit as refunds are only authorised if the item is returned in perfect condition for re-sale - if possible re-use packaging or re-package to a suitable standard for transit. If a painting is received in a damaged state please contact me as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Cancellation of Order
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days, however every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change request providing your order has not yet been processed and dispatched. To expedite the cancellation process please call 07786 025779 or email Jean at jean(at)jeangdayton.com during normal office hours Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm GMT. If your order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled however it can be returned, please see information above regarding returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
