Purchasing Artwork
Q. Are all paintings original?
A. Yes all paintings are original creations by me.

Q. What happens once I have placed an order?
A. Once you have found a painting that you like just click on the Buy Now Paypal button.  You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.  A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few hours to confirm your order and dispatch details.

Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A. I offer a 14-day no quibble money back guarantee, so if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your painting

Q. Do you sell to trade and commercial customers?
A. Yes I sell my artwork to both private and corporate clients as well as galleries.

Q. Can I order a painting similar to a painting I’ve seen on your website but in a different size?
A. Yes, If you require a different colour or size then a commission would be best for you - see the commissions page for full information.

Q. What documentation do you supply with the painting?
A. All paintings are supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity together with a letter of receipt of payment.

Q. Will the painting be ready to hang?
A. Each painting is supplied fully strung and ready to hang on your wall.

Q. Will my painting be signed?
A. Yes I sign all my paintings, either on the front or on the side or back if an abstract piece.

Q. Do you offer discounts if I buy more than one painting?
A. If you are buying more than one painting I would be able to give you a generous discount.

Q. I’ve got a budget, would you accept an offer on a painting?
A. I accept all reasonable offers on all my paintings.

Q. Can I spread the cost?
A. Yes you can spread the cost over 3 months if you wish. You commit to buy a painting, the painting is marked as sold, you pay the first installment up front and on completion of the third and final payment your painting is then dispatched to you.

Q. Do you sell prints of your work?
A. A limited number of my work can be bought in print - please refer to the prints page for full listings.

Q. Will the colours look different than on my computer?
A. There may be slight variations to the colour, depending on individual monitor settings;  I try and represent the as near as I can using a high res camera. In most cases the colours are just more vibrant in real life.

Commissions
Q. What do I do if I want to commission a piece of artwork?
A. Initially email me with your interest in commissioning an artwork.

Q. What does a commission involve?
A. Initial consultation with me to discuss your requirements. This can be done either in person (on-site where    appropriate), by email or phone.

Q. Do I have to pay up front?
A. I supply a no-obligation quotation and I ask that a 30% deposit of the full price is paid up front. The balance is due on completion of the commission and before the painting is dispatched.

Q. Do I get a draft before you start the commission painting?
A. To ensure I paint exactly what you are looking for I will produce a sketch to show the painting’s composition and layout which would then be photographed and emailed to you for your approval before I commence the main painting

Q. Does a commission cost extra than usual?
A. No. Prices for commissions are exactly the same as the paintings on my website. All my prices are calculated on the same basis whether they are for sale in the galleries or unique to you.

Q. Can I give you photographs of the room where the painting is for?
A. Yes, the more information I have to work from the better. You can even send me sample colour boards, fabrics or wallpaper that match your decor for me to work from.

Q. Can I give you photographs of what I have in mind?
A. Yes.

Q. Will you be able to paint anything I want?
A. I can paint anything in my style

Q. I really like a painting on your site, can you do something similar in a different size?
A. Most certainly, just let me know what you would like.

Q. Will you be able to advise me on colours and size?
A. I can advise on the most appropriate style, type of art and colours that compliment the space in question.

Q. I want to commission a painting as a birthday present for someone, do you gift wrap?
A. I can gift wrap any painting and personalise a message for you if requested by you.

Payment
Q. How secure is paypal?
A. Paypal is a globally recognised secure online payment system. Paypal enables buyers to send and receive money online. Paypal has over 64 million member accounts in 45 countries. Q. What cards do paypal accept?
A. Paypal accepts Visa / Delta / Electron / Mastercard / Eurocard / Maestro / Solo / American Express / Paypal Topup Card

Q. I don’t have a paypal account, can I still pay by credit/debit card?
A. Paypal accept credit or debit card payments even if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Q. Can I pay by cheque or bank draft?
A. I accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account and sterling bank drafts.

Q. Can I pay by bank transfer?
A. I accept bank transfers, just email me to let me know this is how you will be paying and I will give you payment details.

A. Your personal details are used only for this transaction, and kept extremely safe.

Delivery
Q. How long will delivery of my painting take?
A. Artwork is dispatched within 5 working days after payment has cleared

Q. How much are your delivery charges?
A. Delivery to any UK mainland address is free of charge.

Q. Who will deliver my painting?
A. I use either DHL or Home Delivery Network courier, Royal Mail or Parcelforce

Q. How is my painting packaged?
A. All artwork is professionally packed. I want your artwork to arrive in perfect condition, that’s why each painting is packaged with extra special care and attention - securely packaged with bubble wrap in a double layered flat cardboard box to ensure safe arrival.

Q. Is my painting insured during transit for any damages?
A. All paintings are fully insured during transit.

Q. What happens if my painting arrives damaged?
A. In the unfortunate event that a painting arrives damaged please contact me immediately.

Q. Do you deliver worldwide?
A.  I most certainly do.

Q. What are your International shipping charges?
A. Charges are dependent on weight, size of package and destination, so please email me for a firm quotation.

Q. I require urgent delivery, is this possible?
A. Express delivery is offered at an extra cost, just email me your requirements.

Q. Can I request my painting to be delivered on a certain day?
A. Yes just let me know by email which day/date you prefer your painting to be delivered.

Q. Can I collect my painting in person?
A. Yes you can collect your painting. Also where geographically possible I will personally deliver paintings.

Q. Where can I view your work in person?
A. My work can currently be found in the Waldock Gallery, Dublin and the McNeill Gallery, Radlett. Apart from exhibitions and work in the galleries If you live local to me in Hampshire or it’s surrounding counties then I can arrange a private view of my work.

Q. Do you exhibit your work?
A. Yes I exhibit my work and full details are posted on my website.
